Make informed decisions about your finances with access to personal financial advice

Personal advice involves a complete review of your personal situation and goals both inside and outside of super. A Financial Adviser will work with you to create a plan and strategies so you can feel confident about your financial future. You can choose if you want a one-off financial plan or to work with your Financial Adviser over the different stages of your financial journey.

Step 1

The first step is to speak with one of our friendly Financial Coaches who can help you decide if personal advice is right for you.

Step 2

Your Financial Coach will connect you with a qualified Financial Adviser within our network. Your initial appointment with the Financial Adviser is obligation free and they will explain any fees and costs upfront.

Step 3

In your initial appointment your Financial Adviser will consider your current personal and financial situation, your goals and expectations from advice. Your Financial Adviser will then discuss potential advice solutions and will outline the process if you wish to proceed with personal advice.

Step 4

Your Financial Adviser will provide you with a financial plan including strategies tailored to your personal and financial situation. They’ll take you through any recommendations and support you to implement recommendations you choose to proceed with.  You can decide how often you engage with them moving forward.

Personal advice could be right for you if you:

  • have financial needs and require a plan
  • need ongoing personal advice
  • want to include your partner in your financial planning
  • are planning for retirement and would like an investment strategy to retire comfortably
  • need advice on insurance outside of your super
  • need advice on investment strategies, options, and plans outside of super
  • need help with estate planning

It's easy to get started

The first step to getting expert help is to book time with our Financial Coaching team for a no-obligation discussion, at no additional cost.
